Customer Service Representative
Baby Trend is a manufacturer of consumer related baby products and is located in Ontario, CA. Our products are sold at nationwide retail locations and juvenile specialty stores. Our slogan is convenience through innovation and thoughtful design. We are looking for Customer Service Representatives (CSR) to ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries and maintain high customer satisfaction.
Job Descriptions & Responsibilities:
- Deal directly with customer by phone and email
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries
- Handle and resolve customer complaints
- Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle inquiries and complaints
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
- Generate and process orders
- Direct requests to designated departments
- Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions
- Record details of inquiries comments and complaints
- Record details of actions taken
- Communicate and coordinate with the internal departments as needed
- Follow up on customer interactions
- Take the extra mile to engage customers
Basic Qualifications: * High School Diploma, GED Equivalent
- Previous customer support experience or experience as a client service representative preferred
- Knowledge of customer service principles, and practices
- Computer Skills: Must be a proficient typist and able to maneuver through various computer platforms while verifying demographic information on all calls
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
