Responsibilities
- Perform analysis on ingredients, in process liquid, finished product liquid, and finished package
- Comprehend and adhere to all Bacardi procedures and maintain accurate and precise records
- Conduct instrument and method development, write procedures and train personnel on new techniques
- Participate in organoleptic training and be a member of the tasting panel
- Perform fill point checks on the line and make adjustments as required in accordance with TTB regulations
- Assist Quality Assurance Management with projects and special assignments as directed
Skills and Experience
- A working understanding of good general laboratory practices and laboratory safety practices
- Actual hands-on operational experience with various above described lab equipment a plus
- Must possess and apply strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills
- Ability to handle stressful, fast-paced, rapidly changing environments
- Ability to multi-task and be detail oriented
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Strong commitment to team concept
- Self-motivated, proactive, and dependable
- Strong problem solving and trouble-shooting skills
