SHIFT LEADER
Back Yard Burgers, a quick serve restaurant chain is seeking highly energetic team members for a Shift Leader in Jackson, MS at our Old Canton Road location greeting our guests with a pleasant and friendly attitude, serving hot, fresh, delicious food and getting results the right way! If you are someone who takes pride in the quality, preparation, and presentation of food items then we need you!
Our Shift Leaders ensure that:
- Team members complete the tasks for their assigned positions
- All employees present themselves in a clean and neat appearance
- Personally demonstrate guests are treated with genuine kindness and respect
- Always deliver hot, fresh and delicious food
- Resolve any guest complaints swiftly and maintain positive guest relations
- Perform shift inventory counts
- Monitor sales and control labor cost to scheduled plan
