You :
You are a highly tech-savvy & experienced media buyer & manager of both Google Adwords & Facebook Ads. You also have solid experience working with Google Analytics & YouTube.
You have a proven, solid reputation for completely managing Paid Ad Campaigns, understanding & troubleshooting Marketing Funnels, CRM Automations & analytics.
You’re extremely detail oriented, organized, and great at solving complex automation issues & tying various SAAS platforms together.
You are a proven funnel wizard who understands the complexities of managing Paid Media Campaigns & getting RESULTS using both 1st & 3rd party data to serve the right message to the right visitors & contacts.

The Job :
This position is responsible for managing the entire Marketing Funnel of Backcountry Journeys. The Paid Ads, Marketing Automation & Analytics Specialist is in charge of managing our Paid Ad Campaigns (Google Adwords, Facebook, Bing etc), our backend funnel automations (Ontraport) as well as managing our Google Analytics.
You are directly responsible for the Marketing Funnel success of Backcountry Journeys. Backcountry Journeys is currently a 25 person company & at our current scale this is a new position at the company & will also be responsible for SEO & will act as our IT Specialist. Must be experienced with a Microsoft 365 business setup.
You will work directly with and report to the Director of Marketing.
