Position Overview:

We are looking for a motivated Eyebrow Threader to join our dynamic team, with the opportunity to expand your skill set by learning eyebrow tinting and spray tanning. As part of our team, you’ll receive hands-on training in all of our services and gain experience in threading, tinting, and spray tanning techniques. This is a great opportunity to grow your beauty career in a supportive, fast-paced environment.

Job Responsibilities (During Training Period):

• Assist with general studio duties, including greeting clients, answering calls, and maintaining a clean, organized space.

• Work closely with our experienced beauty professionals to assist with services while learning the trade.

• Receive training in eyebrow threading, tinting, and spray tanning, with an emphasis on learning the best techniques.

• Training with the Circadia brand to confidently use their products and incorporate them into services.

Training and Compensation:

• During your training period, you’ll receive an hourly wage of $10/hr, supporting services and helping around the studio.

• After training, you’ll transition to a commission-based pay structure earning 40%, plus tips.

• Performance-based raises are available as you develop your skills and demonstrate growth. The more services you offer and the higher your performance, the greater your earning potential!

Qualifications:

• Esthetics or Cosmetology License not required, but preferred. Licensed individuals are eligable for a higher pay grade.

• Strong interest in beauty and eagerness to learn new skills.

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

• Previous experience in beauty services is a plus, but not required—training will be provided.

• Must be reliable, punctual, and have a positive attitude.

• Comfortable with basic administrative tasks (answering phones, scheduling, etc.).

• Ability to maintain a clean and organized studio.

Pay: $10.00 - $17.00 per hour
