Job Overview
We are looking for an upbeat office manager who is well-organized, compassionate and intentional with their work, who can create a smooth office flow and bring positive energy to a growing clinic! Experience with insurance billing is a must and bonus points for experience with personal injury cases!
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day front desk operations.
- Supervise and support front desk and CA team.
- Oversee patient scheduling, billing, and insurance follow-up.
- Handle collections, reporting, and staff accountability.
- Keep office organized, efficient, and welcoming.
- Work closely with the doctors to maintain high standards of care and a pleasant patient experience.
- Order supplies and communicate with vendors.
- Manage patient/doctor/staff schedules.
- Communicate with attorneys and insurance adjusters for claims reimbursement.
- Check patient benefits and be proficient at explaining benefits to patient.
Skills
- Documentation skills in EHR software, including billing and purchases.
- Strong communication skills for effective patient interaction and team collaboration.
- Excellent organizational skills to manage schedules, appointments, and office operations efficiently.
- Experience in medical office management, including familiarity with multi-line phone systems and calendar management.
- Background in human resources for effective team management and training development.
- Ability to handle vendor management tasks related to office supplies and equipment maintenance.
- Experience with filing systems and clerical duties to maintain organized patient records.
