Badeen Basketball LLC is an Elite Basketball Training and Development Company specializing in teams, camps, clinics, and training sessions year round.
Badeen Basketball LLC is seeking experienced and passionate coaches for our Spring AAU Teams! Commitments during the season include managing multiple practices per week and head coaching in 4 - 5 tournaments on the weekends.
The right candidate is someone who eats, breathes, and sleeps the game! This is an opportunity to experience a fast pace sports setting, learn, network, attend a variety of basketball events, and further your coaching career.
DESCRIPTION:
- Direct and Run weekly Practices and Skill Sessions Independently
- Attend and coach weekend tournament games
- Communicate with athletes and parents in a professional level
- Exemplify positive behavior to act as a role model for players
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum of 2 - 5 years of coaching/training experience at the AAU level or higher
- Previous experience as a high school varsity and collegiate basketball player preferred.
- Ability to use clear, concise, grammatically correct written and oral language.
- High School Diploma and College Degree preferred.
- Employment is contingent upon a successful background check. Coaches are compensated based on their experience and qualifications.
Job Types: Part-time, Contract
Pay: $15.00 - $40.00 per hour
