This career opportunity is available for a System Engineer, proficient in requirements development and analysis to work as part of a team on architectural development in advanced, dynamic systems.
Tasks range from “white board” concepts to design and test requirements development, and validation and verification of requirements. Reports and presentations tailored appropriately to management or technologists is a key requirement of this job.
The candidate should have experience in performing requirements development, requirements analysis, and functional allocation using DOORS. System design activities include system synthesis, design trade-off studies and cost studies, and developing design documentation such as Prime Item Development Specifications and Interface Control Documents.
The candidate should have experience in specifying test equipment requirements, developing system level functional performance and qualification test plans and procedures. Motivated and positive minded engineers must hold a United States security clearance and skilled in areas needed for cross-functional, multi-disciplinary teams.

Required Education, Experience, & Skills
- DoD Security clearance is required
- Requirements requirement management tools such as DOORS
- Experience in developing test plans and procedures that include verification and validation of system requirements
Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills
- Masters Degree
- Experience with system analysis techniques such as link budget, latency, calibration, timing, and synchronization.
- Proficient in MBSE with SysML in MagicDraw or equivalent
- Link16, CDL, TTNT and/or radio/wireless communications experience
Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $100680 - $171120
Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
