Typical Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM (Full-time)
Pay: $18.00 per hour
This position is responsible for accounts receivable and day-to-day office duties while providing superior customer service.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Answering Phones
- Creating bank deposits
- Collecting current and past due accounts
- Entering and processing credit card payments
- Entering payments into our Fish database
- Creating and maintaining relationships with National Maintenance Companies and their payment processes
- Filing all necessary paperwork
- Preparing and sending thank you notes to customers
- Making reminder calls for scheduled cleanings
- Light housekeeping
Qualifications: Must have working knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook. This position requires proven customer service skills. Office related experience is preferable. High School diploma/GED required.
Salary : $15 - $18
