Baesman Group, a nationally recognized marketing services provider of direct-to-consumer and in-store marketing strategy and execution, is seeking an Account Coordinator that will be responsible for providing support for Account Managers and Account Directors to increase the throughput and accuracy of order entry, estimates, and other customer and production-related needs. Provide clarity of job specs to the production team as requested.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Enter all orders into the software program with 99.5% accuracy
- Update changes to schedule or orders via the process provided by the Scheduler.
- Follow up on schedule and update the Account Manager and/or the Account Director to assure orders are delivered on time.
- Anticipate problems and communicate them to Production, Account Manager, and/or Account Director
- Ensure accuracy of proofs before sending to the client
- Write up estimates and deliver to the client when needed as directed by the Account Manager or Account Director
- Immediately escalate any problems with orders, estimates, or clients to the Account Manager and/or Account Director
- Some administrative responsibilities such as organizing lunch, client visits, etc.
- Is an advocate for the client
- Manage Press Checks as directed
- Other duties as assigned by Account Director or Account Manager
