The Opener plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient start of daily operations. This position involves preparing the workspace, setting up equipment, and ensuring that all necessary supplies are readily available for the team. The Opener is responsible for creating a welcoming environment for both staff and customers, contributing to an overall positive experience.

Duties

• Arrive promptly to prepare the facility for opening.
• Set up workstations and ensure all equipment is operational.
• Organize supplies and materials needed for daily operations.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the workspace.
• Assist in training new staff on opening procedures.
• Monitor inventory levels and report any shortages to management.
• Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests and addressing inquiries.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless transition into operational hours.
