Veterinary Receptionist

Bailey Veterinary Clinic, located in Roseberg, Oregon is a fast-paced urgent care veterinary clinic looking for an experienced veterinary receptionist to join our growing team!

This is a full-time position with 10-hour shifts, and an expected 30-40 hours scheduled per week. We are open 7 days a week with extended urgent care hours in the evenings.

Some of the responsibilities for this role:

• Client service and communication
• Welcoming and discharging patients
• Managing multi-line phones
• Setting up new clients and patients
• Over the counter sales and financial transactions
• General front desk duties
• General hospital cleaning

Full-time benefits and compensation:

• Compensation: $15.00 - $18.00/hour, based on experience
