The Primary purpose of the Housekeeper is to keep residents’ rooms and living areas, as well as all building restrooms and common areas neat, tidy, clean, and sanitary at all times.

- Resident Engagement: Provide top notch housekeeping services to while creating positive interactions with our residents.
- Team Player: Communicate effectively with co-workers to ensure top level housekeeping services are provided while working together to problem solve
- Community Relations: Build strong relationships with residents, their families, and the broader community to create a supportive and inclusive living environment.
- Quality of Care: Ensure highest quality of housekeeping services are provided to residents while meeting their physical, emotional, and social needs.
- Organizational Support and Professionalism: Follows all policies and procedures while supporting the organization’s goals and values and remaining professional at all times.

- Education and/or Experience: High school diploma or general education degree (G.E.D) preferred
- Abilities:
- Proficient at reading, writing, and communicating in English
- Ability to occasionally lift, pull, or push up to 25 lbs.
- Able to walk and/or stand up to 80% of the work day
