Position Overview:
The Human Resource Director will lead and direct the routine functions of the Human Resources (HR) department including hiring and interviewing staff, administering pay, benefits, and leave, and enforcing company policies and practices.

- Resident Engagement: Leads and directs human resources functions ensuring staff are onboarded and committed to our culture of providing top-notch care for our residents
- Team Player: Promotes and fosters culture of positive working environment and focuses on teamwork
- Community Relations: Build strong relationships with employees, residents, and the broader community to create a supportive and inclusive working environment.
- Quality of Care: Ensures human resources initiatives are met to support the highest level of quality care provided to our residents while meeting their physical, emotional, and social needs.
- Organizational Support and Professionalism: Follows all policies and procedures while supporting the organization’s goals and values and remaining professional at all times. Provides recommendations for enhancements to HR Policies and Procedures.

- Education and/or Experience: Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required. A minimum of three years of human resources management experience preferred.
- Abilities:
- Highly proficient at reading, writing, and communicating in English
- Ability to occasionally lift, pull, or push up to 25 lbs.
- Ability to sit for long periods of time and types at 60 WPM on average.
