What are the responsibilities and job description for the Project Manager position at Baker Barrios Architects?
The Project Manager is a licensed architect or nonregistered graduate with 10 years of experience. Individuals in this position represent BBA in all
communications and brand projection internally and externally for the project. The PM will be involved from proposal and additional service requests through the entire course of agreement activity, including scheduling, reporting, scope management, design awareness and quality control, and post-agreement marketing activities. They are responsible for the financial performance of the project, contract awareness, and sub-consultant management. They communicate with assigned BBA Practice Leader or other designee relative to project status and performance. They are responsible for performance and well-being for the BBA project team.
- Financials
for the project – project financial performance, additional services
awareness, contract awareness, sub-consultant management and awareness. - Client
relations – daily face of BBA to the client. - Project
scheduling, scope management, design awareness quality control. - Communication
(internally and externally for the project) and project reporting, project
updates. - Participates
in the proposal process and additional services requests. - Projects
the BBA brand (including design) internally and externally.
