The Formwork Detailer prepares concrete structure and formwork drawings for assigned projects, incorporating information from project drawings, bulletins, sketches, RFI responses, and shop drawings. Performs onsite inspections of produced drawings.
The Formwork Detailer will possess competency in the following areas in order to perform his/her role in a safe, productive, and effective manner. Note that the areas listed are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by co-workers assigned to this role. - Produces Drawings
- Produces Quantities and Work Orders
- Inspects Installation of Formwork and Coordinates Delivery
- Ensures a Safe Work Environment
- Participates in Training/Certifications
- 2 year technical degree or equivalent; minimum of 1 year of related detailing experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Proficient in AutoCad
