Some Duties and Responsibilities Include:
· General facilities maintenance
· Cleans, mops, washes, buffs and vacuums floors
· Empties oil drums
· Remove scrap metal debris and discarded parts
· Discard tires
· Maintains outside walk areas including sweeping debris and washing walkways
· Maintains landscape: waters, cuts and trims shrubs and grass
· Removes recycling materials
· Performs related duties as assigned
· All other duties as assigned
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
