Core Duties and Responsibilities
1. Reviews invoices and check requests.
2. Processes invoices for payment.
3. Processes check requests.
4. Reconciles payments.
5. Monitors accounts to ensure payments are up to date.
6. Resolves invoice and payment discrepancies.
7. Corresponds with, and responds to inquiries from, vendors, child care providers and parents.
8. Performs other duties as may be assigned.
