What are the responsibilities and job description for the Part-time Mental Health Counselor position at Balance Mental Health Counseling?
Seeking a Mental Health Counselor looking to work at a private practice setting with children, adolescents and women with Perinatal Mood and Anxiety disorder (during pregnancy and postpartum), OCD, and Depression.
Counselor would be responsible for conducting intakes, individual and family therapy sessions. Would have control over their own schedule and making own appointments. Great individual and group supervision provided.
We are currently looking to hire for the following roles:
Part-time fee for service position: 25 hours a week for a Limited permit holders or LMHC
Requirements for the position are: 2 years of mental health experience in research, clinical, or in a community agency. Prefer Spanish speaking counselor.
Education: Must have graduated from a Masters program in Mental health counseling. Have post graduate training in anxiety disorders, PMADS, or OCD.
**At this time position located in Huntington, and some hours can be done via Telehealth.
Job Types: Part-time, Contract
Pay: $30,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
