Balance of Nature is a whole food supplement company that’s changing the world one life at a time.
We are looking for a full-time, Reports Specialist located in Hurricane, UT. As the Reports Specialist, you will be responsible for receiving and handling sensitive information that is reported to your department. After investigating, you will determine how to best handle the situation at hand without any bias. You will uphold the company standards and policies by responding appropriately and quickly to each circumstance reported.
What you will do :
- Screen, route, and handle incoming internal reports
- Study each circumstance reported and identify areas for improvement
- Monitor company data and escalate concerns to the Inspections Manager for review and inclusion in a final report
- Maintain the reports database
- Draft precise and informative reports as needed
- Manage projects by tracking and updating needed documents
- Communicate regularly with teams to spot possible problems
- Spot systematic issues and problem-solve to make them more efficient and effective
- Adjust, update, and organize our database with information that you oversee
What we want you to bring :
Pay : $15.00 to $17.00 per hour Commission & Bonuses
Schedule : Monday through Friday, 8 : 00 a.m. to 5 : 00 p.m.
Job Type : Full-Time, On-Site
