Balance Point Wellness, LLC is accredited by the Accreditation Commission for Healthcare (ACHC). We are a community-based holistic mental health and wellness center that provides counseling/psychotherapy, psychiatry, equine-facilitated therapy, and wellness services (acupuncture and nutrition) to individuals and families in Maryland. We have offices in Baltimore, Bel Air, Salisbury, and Hunt Valley, MD. We also have a Telehealth division and a school-based program in Baltimore County and Harford County schools.

As a rapidly growing organization, we are looking for talented staff members to join our team in our Bel Air office. Balance Point Wellness, LLC is seeking qualified full-time or part-time licensed therapists (LMSW, LCSW-C, LGPC, LCPC, LCMFT, LCADC, or Psychologist) to provide mental health therapy to children, adolescents, and/or adults.

Salary Range:

Earning potential from $50,000 and up, depending on clinical license and type of role.

W2 employees earn up to 5 weeks of PTO

Therapist Job Responsibilities:

• Manage assigned caseload (Provide ongoing therapy)
• Complete psychosocial assessments
• Complete contact notes for completed sessions-All documentation is completed in a cloud-based EHR
• Development of person-centered treatment plans when necessary

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift

Qualifications, Education, and Experience:

• Master’s/doctorate in Social Work, Psychology, or Counseling required
• Licensed in Maryland to provide Mental health treatment
• Psychotherapy experience in a community setting preferred
• Background Check
• Highly organized and possesses time management
