Join our team of empowered clinicians at Balanced Being Counseling! We are seeking a licensed Therapist or Registered Intern to provide compassionate care and support to our diverse clientele. This position offers competitive compensation and opportunities for professional growth, including supervision for non-licensed clinicians. Responsibilities:

• Conduct individual in-person and telehealth sessions, as we all group therapy sessions using evidence-based practices.
• Create personalized treatment plans in collaboration with clients to achieve therapeutic goals.
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records in accordance with ethical and legal standards.
• A commitment of a minimum of 20 client sessions per week with flexibility for additional sessions as needed.

Requirements:

• Master’s in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or related field.
• Current state licensure as a Therapist (LMHC, LPC, LCSW, or similar). Or must be a registered mental health professional working towards licensure within the state of Florida.
• Adherence to the Florida Licensing Board's supervision requirements. (Please note: Registered therapists are not required to establish supervision with our practice. If the therapist elects external QS, a signed supervision contract, and attestation letter from QS will be required).
• Experience in providing therapy to individuals from diverse backgrounds.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and ethical practice.
• Professional liability insurance with minimum limits of $1,000,000 per incident/$3,000,000 aggregate.
