POSITION SUMMARY:
- Support sales teams by conducting outbound phone calls to customers in a high volume, fast paced call center
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Conduct outbound phone calls to prospective clients, or existing customers to gather information, promote products or services, and generate an interest in our products
- Maintain familiarity with all aspects of our quality standards
- Provide suggestions for improvements to processes and systems
- Cultivate strong working relationships with agents
- Organize and prioritize workload to meet team and company objectives
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
- Experience in outbound calling, call centers, sales, or customer service is a plus
- Certification(s): None required; None preferred
- License(s): None required; None preferred
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:
- Persuasive verbal communication skills and ability to build rapport with customers over the phone
- Strong organization, time management, and listening skills
- Ability to working independently
