We are seeking a skilled Forklift Operator to join our dynamic warehouse team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating forklifts and other material handling equipment to efficiently load, unload, and move products within the warehouse. This role requires attention to detail, adherence to safety protocols, and the ability to perform heavy lifting as needed.
*Duties*
-Operate forklifts, reach trucks, and pallet jacks to transport materials within the warehouse.
- Load and unload shipments from trucks.
- Ensure accurate inventory management by performing regular counts and checks.
- Assist in organizing and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
- Collaborate with warehouse supervisors to optimize workflow and efficiency.
- Utilize basic math skills for inventory tracking.
- Follow all safety guidelines and protocols while operating equipment.
*Requirements*
- Proven experience as a Forklift Operator or in a similar role within a warehouse environment.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting (up to 50 pounds) regularly.
- Familiarity with warehouse operations and logistics processes.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Basic math skills for inventory management tasks.
