Car Wash Supervisor
Balise is looking for a Car Wash Supervisor to assist the Car Wash Site Manager to run daily operations of the car wash
Job Description:
- Operate the car wash to all Flash Car Wash – Balise standards in the absence (days off, vacation, time off…) of the Car Wash Site Manager
- Ensure customer satisfaction; establish and maintain total customer satisfaction.
- Assist in recruiting, hiring and training new car wash employees according to Balise Car Wash expectations.
- Implement car wash quality standards.
- Manage vehicle flow and production in car wash operation.
- Perform schedule preventative maintenance.
- Resolve customer complaints.
Environmental & Physical Requirements:
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit, stand, walk, use hands and fingers to feel and handle, reach with arms and hands, talk and hear. While performing the duties of this job, the employee may incidentally be required to stoop, kneel and crouch, lift weight or exert a force up to a maximum of 25 pounds
- A current valid driver’s license and insurability rating is required
- This position may require up to 100% travel
