Salary Range: $22.25 to $25.00[ Based on years of experience]
Bonus: $3500

If yes, how you will contribute to the team:
As a Restorative Nursing Assistant (RNA), you will provide restorative nursing services that will assist the resident to restore, improve or maintain bodily functions to the highest degree practicable in accordance with the resident's assessment, care plan and as directed by supervisors
Must Have:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Completion of certified Restorative Aide training course
- Complete and unencumbered Nursing Assistants certification in the state
- Thorough proficiency in use of Adaptive Equipment (ie, walkers, canes, slide boards, communication boards, adaptive eating utensils, use of trapeze, reachers, lift equipment, etc.)
Nice to Have:
- Experience in Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) environment
- Nursing Assistant experience providing direct care to multiple residents
- Behavioral care / memory care experience
- Experience with PointClickCare (PCC)
