We are the System Control and App Development team at Bally's Interactive. Our dedicated team specializes in developing critical control systems for the Bally Live application. We are at the forefront of creating essential tools that empower our broadcast engineering team and drive our public-facing applications.

As a Senior Full Stack Developer, you will serve as an expert in determining and guiding the technological direction of our various applications. Leveraging your experience in modern web frameworks and knowledge in system design and AWS services, you will be responsible for overseeing and developing internal control systems that power the Bally Live app.

• Providing technical leadership over the design, construction and delivery of various applications and systems
• Overseeing all aspects of the development process
• Guiding architectural planning and designing efforts, ensuring scalability, reliability, and high performance of control systems
• Leading code review processes, maintaining a commitment to code quality, documentation, and best practices
• Offering support and troubleshooting for issues and adapt to changes in data structures as they arise
• Providing leadership in overseeing the engineering staff, fostering a cohesive and collaborative work environment
• Participating in project planning, resource allocation, and timeline management, ensuring successful project delivery

• Experience in JavaScript and modern frameworks/libraries, with a particular emphasis on NEXT.js
• Be proficient in utilizing AWS services for scalable and robust applications
• Experience working with RESTful architecture and API design
• Have extensive experience with various databases, including Postgres and MongoDB
• Possess extensive experience in Agile development, ideally within a SCRUM team
• Display a commitment to continuous learning and staying current with emerging technologies
