What are the responsibilities and job description for the Dealer - Table Games (Part-Time) position at Bally's?
Principal Duties & Responsibilities:
- Practice Genuine Service to our internal and external guests.
- Deal Blackjack.
- Accept bets.
- Pays winners and collects from non-winners.
- Handles player transactions.
- Must be able to articulate rules and regulations to patrons.
- Craps experience preferred but not necessary.
- Other duties as required.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required:
- Dealing experience preferred.
- Knowledge of ICMP's and Division of Gaming Regulation/Rules Ability to apply and carryout instructions furnished in written and oral form.
- Previous money handling and guest service experiences preferred.
- A Colorado Division of Gaming Support license is required for this position.
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Must have an outgoing personality and enjoy dealing with people.
- Must be able to communicate clearly and effectively with all employees and guests.
- Able to work all shifts to include nights, weekends and holidays.
