Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled and dynamic Server to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, a deep understanding of classic cocktails and the ability to perform in a high volume, fast paced environment with a smile.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests with warmth and professionalism
- Proper handling of cash and credit card transactions
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining room/ side stations
- Ensure consistent, high-quality service
- Address guest concerns and complaints with grace and efficiency
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of classic cocktails and greek wine
- Work closely with team members and communicate effectively
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Server in an equal caliber restaurant
- Understanding of Greek cuisine Passion for cocktails
- Ability to handle high-volume high-pressure situations
- Knowledge of Micros
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- A warm, approachable demeanor and a genuine passion for hospitality
