Position Summary
In this role, you will:
- Receive inbound calls from members
- Assist members with general inquiries regarding deposit accounts and other services
- Process requests for account-related services and transactions
- Resolve problems related to accounts and services
- Provide technical assistance for online banking, mobile banking, bill pay, and other electronic services
- Provide exceptional service to members by identifying their needs and suggesting product and service solutions that will meet those needs
- This position is open at our Perry Hall branch located in Perry Hall, Maryland.
- This is a Full-time position requiring 37.5 hours per week (7.5 hours per day).
- This position has a scheduled start time between 8:00 am and 9:30 am and a scheduled end time between 4:30 pm to 6:00 pm, Monday through Friday.
- Some Saturdays are also required from 8:30am to 12:30pm.
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- A passion for serving customers
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to perform basic math functions
- Proficient use of computers & Windows-based software
- Knowledge of electronic banking products
- Credit check and criminal background check are required
- Two years of customer service experience is preferred
