Support loan underwriting and doc prep systems, which may include:
- One-on-one phone and email support of users
- Creation of training material and user manuals
- Participation in course instruction (WebEx and classroom)
Support loan document image archive and exception tracking system, which may include:
- One-on-one phone and email support of users
- Creation of training material and user manuals
- Participation in course instruction (WebEx and classroom)
Testing and implementation of new version of loan systems
Perform periodic administrative tasks related to support of loan systems

JOB SKILL AND QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED
Proficient in the use of Microsoft products including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Strong communications skills, both written and verbal
Ability to multitask and organize daily, weekly, monthly tasks and/or projects is imperative
PREFERRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
A working knowledge of BancFirst Loan Policy, BancFirst Loan Procedures, and lending regulations (state and federal)
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Constant use of computer screens
Ability to operate a computer keyboard, use hand to finger, handle or feel, reach with hands and arms, and talk, see or hear
Intermittently standing, stooping, bending at the waist, walking, kneeling or crouching
Ability to sit and/or stand for long periods of time during the workday
Long periods of typing and repetitive motion
Ability to lift and/or move and carry 10 pounds
