POSITION SUMMARY
The OKC Loss Control Analyst position will assist the OKC Fraud Dept. Manager with operational loss prevention, detection, investigation, and reporting activities associated with BancFirst systems and customers.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following.
- Review assigned reports/Large Items/Reg CC and all fraud prevention processes. Input Fraud cases into ACISS (Fraud Tracking Software).
- Assist Manager with pulling evidence for Fraud Cases for prosecution.
- Professional and effective communication with branch personnel via email and phone.
- Investigative thought processes to identify risk.
- Support the formulation and execution of loss prevention education.
- Assist with the design and implementation of risk detection and monitoring systems.
- Cover for any absences in the department so the need to stay current on training and policy is crucial.

REQUIREMENTS

Microsoft Office experience.

Ability to work under limited supervision, with latitude for initiative and independent judgment.

Must possess the ability to perform in a highly sensitive, confidential environment.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Constant use of computer screens and reading of reports.
Ability to operate a computer keyboard, multi-line telephone, photocopier, scanner and facsimile.
Regularly required to sit, use hand to finger, handle or feel, reach with hands and arms, and talk, see or hear.
Intermittently standing, stooping, bending at the waist, walking, kneeling or crouching to file materials.
Regularly lift and/or move and carry up to 10 pounds.
