Bancroft is currently seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to join our Human Resources department.
Responsibilities
Reporting to the Director of Talent Acquisition, this position is responsible for end-to-end recruitment at Bancroft,including sourcing, attracting recruiting, screening/interviewing, and on-boarding employees to our organization.
- Direct and manage full cycle recruiting efforts, including talent sourcing, candidate evaluation and screening, interview process, offer negotiation, and close process.
- Identify diverse, top level talent within the organization’s primary markets through sourcing methods which include direct sourcing, networking, job boards, referrals, on-line resources and professional associations.
- Creates and fosters relationships with colleges and diverse professional organizations to attract and recruit students/alumni and diverse candidates.
- Strategically partner with hiring managers to support recruiting initiatives and coordinate interview process.
- Lead recruitment for your assigned Bancroft programs, partnering with hiring managers on recruitment strategies and execution.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in business-related field required
- Prior recruiting experience in a high volume environment required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and strong relationship building skills required
- Good problem-solving skills and ability to build a consultative approach with hiring managers necessary
- Straetgic and Creative Mindset in relation to recruitment tactics
