Position Overview :
In this pivotal role, you’ll connect with key decision-makers, foster long-term partnerships, and uncover new business opportunities that contribute to our company’s success. As the face of our organization, you’ll represent our values of trust, innovation, and proactive collaboration throughout the client journey : before, during, and well after project completion.
You’ll partner closely with BGI’s leadership, marketing, and operational teams to align client pitches and strategies with the company’s goals. Additionally, you’ll represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and industry events, building brand recognition and uncovering opportunities to expand our reach.
Key Responsibilities :
Build Relationships and Drive Growth
- Identify and engage key decision-makers across government agencies (city, state, and federal levels), commercial construction firms, environmental remediation clients, architectural firms, engineering firms, and large contractors.
- Leverage your existing network of industry contacts or book of business to initiate new partnerships and identify immediate growth opportunities.
- Expand opportunities through strategic partnerships with stakeholders in construction, design, and environmental compliance sectors.
- Conduct strategic research, targeted outreach, cold calls, emails, and networking efforts to secure high-value meetings.
