Key Responsibilities

• Lead overall branch activities, including business development, sales and service, credit, community leadership, compliance standards, and facilities management.
• Attain individual and branch performance goals for loan volume, deposit growth, referrals, business development, and client experience performance.
• Prospect for new clients and cultivate existing relationships to increase profitability and reduce costs.
• Perform daily branch activities, including operating a teller drawer, opening accounts, processing work, and more.
