The Commercial Credit Officer maintains the relationship with the client management team, determines credit risk, and works directly with clients from deal structuring through final credit approval, and closing as necessary. This role is also jointly responsible with sales for final pricing recommendations, is responsible for negotiation with client on client terms, final deal structure, and credit approval, driving responsible growth. They also approve monitoring actions if needed and mentor and teach junior team members. The Commercial Credit Officer will generally have 10 years of credit experience and needs strong client facing communication and negotiation skills. Bachelors degree is required with finance/accounting/economics degree preferred.

- BS/BA degree
- 5 years of solid experience in financial analysis, structuring, underwriting and portfolio management in Commercial Banking
- Strong communication and analytical/technical skills, including financial accounting, modeling and loan structuring
