Role Overview
The candidate will deliver complex solutions for the Treasury, Finance, and Corporate Investments business. They would work closely with senior business partners to gain deep understanding of their requirements and develop functional designs based on the analysis of the business needs, objectives, and existing systems infrastructure.
The candidate will participate in the design, development, and implementation of large complex enterprise applications, which may require them to learn new technologies. Work closely with other technology teams, delivery leads, testing, and support partners to serve our customers need.

Required Skills and Experience we are Looking For:
- Strong talent in Object Oriented programming languages, ideally Java and Python
- Experience of full stack development.
- Skilled in writing unit tests, or test-driven development
- Financial services industry experience in capital markets.
- Expertise in common software development design patterns
- Familiar with cloud and microservice architectures
- Able to build resilient, robust, and scalable solutions with high uptime.
- A strong user focus and a desire to deliver a best-in-class user experience.
- Provide leadership in a matrix organization of skilled architect, engineers, and business partners.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and willingness to take ownership and risks, and enthusiasm to tackle new challenges.
- Ability to work autonomously and collaborate effectively with local and remote co-workers in a fast-paced environment.
