Bank of New Hampshire is seeking experienced candidates for the position of Wealth Management Client Support Specialist for our Concord, NH office!
Position Overview:
Reporting to the VP – Wealth Management Client Support Manager, you will provide existing clients and prospective clients with proper guidance and direction regarding inquiries of products and services and/or scheduled appointments. Provide administrative support services for assigned Wealth Management department personnel. Assist with the administration of accounts having direct contact with clients, attorneys, accountants and other professionals. Build strong, professional relationships with existing and prospective Clients through providing quality service and becoming a trusted resource for Clients. Provide additional support services as assigned.
Education & Experience:
Our ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, proficient in Windows and Microsoft Office and the ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality in all manners. You will also have the ability to arrive at sound business decisions and to be able to problem solve. He/she will be able to work both independently and as part of a team.
Other requirements include two or more years of experience in banking or related position in sales and/or business development and has an Associates or Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration or equivalent working experience.
