What are the responsibilities and job description for the Buildings & Grounds Manager position at Bank of Wisconsin Dells?
We are looking for an independent, yet team oriented semi-skilled tradesperson to join BWD as the Buildings & Grounds Manager. This role oversees all maintenance activities and assists with physical security and surveillance for all three locations. Candidates must have the ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and have previous hands on building maintenance, trades, or construction experience. Primary functions of this job include:
- Managing vendors for bank-related properties (landscaping, snow removal, etc.)
- Performing semi-skilled repairs like changing light bulbs, repairing toiles, and patching sheetrock
- Planning and organizing maintenance and repairs performed on buildings
- Monitoring surveillance/security equipment
