Compliance Officer
Join our growing Compliance Team as an experienced Compliance Officer. You’ll play a key role in strengthening BWD’s regulatory compliance and operational integrity. In this position, you will develop, maintain, and enhance bank-wide compliance policies and procedures. You’ll work closely with teams across the organization to support regulatory change initiatives, complete complex compliance projects, and conduct ongoing reviews and testing that help support the bank in managing and reducing risk.
What You’ll Do:
- Make recommendations to improve processes to improve compliance with regulations.
- Conduct scheduled and spot audits and prepares findings.
- Perform loan compliance reviews and testing.
- Support and execute key BSA and Deposit Compliance functions- monitoring, review, and filing.
