Position Title : Associate Attorney (General Trial- Personal Injury Defense / Litigation including Premises, Auto, Trucking Liability along with First and Third-Party Insurance Coverage Litigation)

Position Overview :
The Associate Attorney position is based in our Tampa office. As an Associate Attorney, you will work with a team of attorneys to provide legal advice and representation to our clients, and you will be responsible for performing legal research, drafting and reviewing legal documents, and engaging in client communication. The position requires an energetic, detail-oriented, and motivated professional who enjoys a fast-paced and challenging work environment.
Essential Knowledge, Skills and Qualifications :
- Law degree from a fully ADA accredited law school
- Must have a civil defense background
- Must have 1-3 years of Litigation Experience (Areas of Law- Personal Injury Defense,Premises, Auto,Trucking Liability,First and Third Party)
- Ability to manage caseload and litigation staff
- Be able to work independently but also collaboratively with Practice Group Leaders
- Strong writing and oral communication skills
- Excellent research and analytical abilities
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Well-organized and detail-oriented
- An active member in good standing with the Florida Bar
