Banner Property Management is looking for a sales pro like you to serve as a LEASING CONSULTANT, offering positions available for both part-time and full-time capacities, for our luxurious new acquisition in the Beachwood area; The Aster Apartments.
You will report to the on-site Property Manager and play an integral part in the success of the community.
You will present our apartments and the community to prospective residents. We will rely on you to manage the leasing process from start to finish.
You will be responsible for assisting with resident relations and conducting appropriate follow-up.
Your social media and marketing savvy will be useful in coordinating the community’s marketing, leasing and renewal strategies to achieve occupancy, revenue, and resident retention goals.
If you have property management software experience, GREAT! YARDI is a plus.
Weekend hours required.
The Company offers a competitive hourly range of $18.00 to $20.00 based on part-time or full-time status and experience, with new lease commission eligibility and monthly performance-based bonus eligibility.
