- Reports to: Property Manager
- Compensation: $23 - $25 per hour based on experience
- Dependable attendance is crucial; you represent Banyan Living, your team, and our property owners.
- Reliable transportation to and from work is essential.
- Arrive on time and prepared to lead your team every day.
- A positive and cheerful attitude is a must!
- Flexibility in working hours is vital, especially during peak maintenance times.
- 3 years of lead maintenance experience is preferred.
- All candidates must undergo a background investigation, with employment dependent on the results.
- All staff must adhere to the Employee Handbook and Policies & Procedures.
