Performs all (Floor Care) hard tile, carpet care and major restoration functions in accordance with the standard procedures of the Housekeeping Department and the facility#s objectives.# Use of commercial equipment, tools and supplies as dictated by the necessity of the specific job/task. Must have ability to use ladders. # Must be able to read and write in order to mix chemicals of either a hazardous or non-hazardous nature.# Must be able to demonstrate the correct use of equipment, chemicals, supplies, and procedures after a training period of three months.# Driver#s license required. EXPERIENCE:# None required, but previous floor care maintenance experience is desirable.
