What are the responsibilities and job description for the Physical Therapist position at Baptist Health Deaconess Madisonville?
Serves as a work leader for therapists, assistants, and aides. Evaluates and treats patients referred to the Sports Medicine & Rehabilitation Services department with approval of the referring physician.
Minimum Education, Experience, Training, and Licensures Required:
Bachelor's Degree from an accredited School of Physical Therapy approved by the American Physical Therapy Association required. Current state licensure required. Maintains current BCLS certification. EXPERIENCE: Two years previous experience preferred; skill competency level. Very effective communication skills highly desirable.
