The Team Leader (Club Erie) is a non exempt position reporting to the Program Operations Supervisor. What You’ll Bring:

- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain compliance with regulatory and programmatic requirements
- Dedication to promoting health, safety, and quality services
- A collaborative approach to coaching and guiding staff
- Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree in a Human Services field
- Required: High School Diploma or equivalent and 1–2 years of experience supporting individuals with disabilities
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Understanding of Individual Support Plans (ISPs) and community habilitation services
- Ability to complete timely and accurate documentation, including progress notes, billing, and reports
- Familiarity with or willingness to learn CareLogic and Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) systems
- Skills in scheduling, staff training, performance evaluation, and program oversight
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Overseeing the health, safety, and well being of individuals served while communicating needs with staff and team members.
- Leading staff in delivering community based activities and ensuring alignment with each Individual Support Plan.
- Completing, reviewing, and ensuring the accuracy of all documentation, including progress notes, billing, CareLogic schedules, and required reports.
- Scheduling and facilitating team meetings, coordinating staff coverage, and maintaining required program ratios.
- Providing direct support services, coaching staff in the field, and supporting the development and implementation of curriculum and program materials.
- Coordinating transportation and maintaining vehicle records, training compliance, and related documentation.
- Maintaining communication with families, agencies, and support team members while monitoring the quality of services and documentation.
- Supporting staff through training, performance evaluation, schedule review, and collaboration with the Program Operations Supervisor.
