The security person assists the Barcade Manager and staff by standing post, walking and monitoring the room, checking IDs, providing friendly and knowledgeable customer service, and helping to maintain an orderly establishment.

- Stands post indoors and greets guests, verifying that all identification conforms to legal standards and minimum age for admittance.
- Answering guest questions and helps ensure a positive guest experience.
- Enforces Barcade polices and assists Manager with ejection of patrons if necessary
- Ensure guests respect neighbors, monitoring volume on street in front of premises, discouraging guests from lingering outside.
- Current State Security Guard License
- Friendly and personable with an upbeat attitude
- Strong communication skills
- Attention to detail
