ENVIRONMENTAL GROUP TECHNICIAN
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
Department: Environmental Group
Position reports to: Environmental Group Supervisor
Classification: Non-Exempt
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Carryout Environmental Group cleaning services as assigned.
- Some overnight travel may be necessary.
- Follow the Standard Operating Procedures for all cleaning services, as per manufacturer’s recommendations, provided by supervisor.
- Arrive on time at the job site.
- Follow the Environmental Group dress code.
- Adhere to a professional conduct on customer premises.
- Adhere to all safety policies and inform management of unsafe working conditions.
- Meet ISO 9001 quality system requirements.
- Participate in Barclay’s Idea Program.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
- Enter confined space: A confined space is an enclosed area with limited space and accessibility.
- Online and field training provided which meets OSHA guidelines.
- Ability to work from ladders, not to exceed 20 feet in height, while following OSHA guidelines.
- Ability to work at heights.
- Demonstrated ability to frequently stand and walk.
- Demonstrated ability to conduct frequent hand tasks.
- Demonstrated ability to occasionally sit.
- Demonstrated ability to frequently climb or balance, reach above shoulders, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl.
- Ability to speak, hear, see and smell.
- Loading and moving of up to 100 pounds.
- Ability to lift 55 pounds.
