What are the responsibilities and job description for the North Jersey Restaurant SEEKING FOH position at Bareburger New Jersey?
Bareburger restaurants offer mouth-watering organic burgers and sandwiches, fresh salads, delicious shakes and snacks in environmentally sustainable, eco-friendly locations. Candidates must be very friendly, warm and attentive individuals with strong communication skills. We require staff to have a desire to learn, and work well as a TEAM.
Servers must have 6 months to 1 year dining experience or no experience, we can teach you!
Must have the ability to use a POS.
We are only looking for people who are excited to be a part of a team!
Counter- will be responsible making coffee/desserts/shakes for the entire restaurant as well as taking delivery/takeout orders and processing payments.
Servers- will be responsible for greeting guests with a smile, answering food and drink questions, taking orders, delivering food, and making sure the guests are enjoying their Bareburger experience.
Bartender- Minimum 1 year bartending experience or knowledge of the bar, we can always teach to bartend. Bartenders will be responsible for greeting bar guests, taking food and drink orders properly, and preparing drinks for everyone.
MUST BE AVAILABLE NIGHTS AND WEEKENDS.
