We are now accepting applications for LPN or RN Charge Nurses. The hours are three 12 hour shifts 6:30am to 6:30pm. The days are Monday, Thursday, and Friday. NO WEEKENDS. NO ON CALL.

As a Charge Nurse, you will play a crucial role in ensuring high-quality patient care delivery while leading a team of healthcare professionals.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise nursing staff to ensure efficient and effective patient care delivery.
- Adhere to of nursing practice and protocols.
- Monitor and assess patient conditions, including and response to treatment.
- Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Oversee operations in a fast-paced environment, particularly in a setting.
- Utilize skills as needed for patient assessments.
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes.
- Contribute to the overall success of the unit in a environment.
- Active RN/LPN license.
- Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and work well under pressure.
